Lorna Hyndman

Deputy Head Nurse

RVN - Registered veterinary nurse

 

Lorna previously worked at our Park Road branch and moved over to Hampton to become Deputy Head Nurse. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2003.

Lorna has recently returned to work after maternity leave, and is working 2 days a week.

 

Her interests are intensive care nursing, dog behaviour/psychology, and small animal dentistry. Lorna has 2 dogs called Cassius & Skye. She enjoys long walks & agility training with her dogs & partner.

Joyce Eason

Head Nurse

RVN - Registered Veterinary Nurse

 

Joyce has recently joined Hampton as part of our nursing team. Joyce joined our Pengelly and Mizen practice in 1980 as a Veterinary Nurse for 3 years. She re-joined the practice in 2001 as a receptionist and went on to complete her veterinary nurse training.

 

She is interested in dentistry, senior care, emergency and intensive care nursing. Joyce is in charge of our promotions, displays and ordering and stock control. She is also a clinical coach to Katie and in charge of training our student veterinary nurses. She has a Basset Hound called Dooleys, and 2 cats called Baileys & Chianti.

Jenna Enver

RVN - Registered Veterinary Nurse

 

Jenna has just qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) at Hampton after starting her nurse training at our Pengelly and Mizen practice in September 2013. She has recently come over to Hampton to become part of our veterinary nurse team.

 

Jenna has a particular interest in inpatient care and enjoys the diversity of first-opinion practice. Jenna has a cat called Luna and a very bouncy beagle called Lacey..

Katie Brown

RVN - Registered Veterinary Nurse

 

Katie started her veterinary nursing training with us gaining practical experience while studying at the College of Animal Welfare in Godmanchester. She is now qualified as a registered veterinary nurse.

Alison Page

Veterinary Care Assistant

 

Alison has recently moved from reception to nursing and has just started as a veterinary care assistant. Alison started working at Hampton as one of our receptionists in March 2012. She has experience of working with cats, dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits, and has always wanted to work in a veterinary practice.

 

Alison also helps run the puppy party and socialisation classes on a Wednesday evening with Tracey. She lives in Hampton with her husband, children and many dogs

Student Veterinary Nurse (SVN)

 

Robert is currently in his final year of study with the aim of becoming a registered veterinary nurse.  Robert thoroughly enjoys working in small animal practice and has a keen interest in animal behaviour.  In his spare time he enjoy long walks through the countryside with his two Border Collies.
